The Nerdy Creator is not responsible if a customer damages their product. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 72 hrs of delivery.
Please Note: If a replacement is warranted, the item is made to order and the processing time can take 1-2 weeks. Also know that because majority of our pieces are handcrafted, while similar, may not be exactly the same as the original piece.
If there are any discrepencies with your order proof must be provided in the form of:
- An image of the issue
- A screen shot of your order summary.

If an address mistake was made before product is shipped, you can contact our shop with the correct information. The customer has 24 hrs to submit the correct information to our shop in order to resolve the issue.
