Majority of our Items are handmade and take some time, therefore the standard processing time is 1-2 weeks after receipt of your order.
A tracking number will be provided for all orders once an item has been shipped. Please note that the estimated 5-10 day delivery is after order is marked shipped and you have recieved said tracking number

International Shipping: We are currently not shipping internationally.
The Nerdy Creator is not responsible for any damages caused by carrier. If damages do occure due to fault of the mail carrier, please send an email with photo evidence of damages along with confirmation number within 72hrs of receiving the damaged item.
Replacements and/or refunds are not garunteed and are administered on a case by case basis.
